Do you ride our bikes? Want to tell us how great you think our products are? Great, we'd love to hear what a great job we're doing too. We've got a spot for you to let us know how much you enjoy the stuff we make. Bear with me for a quick plug for one of our coolest and most under-utilized web features.
If you'd like to speak up and let people know about your experience, what you're doing with the bike, or any tips for tricking out your ride, hit up our reviews section on each bike page. You can even upload pictures and video! Seriously, who else gives you such a voice? Just go to whatever bike page you'd like to preach about and click the word "Reviews" below the bike picture. Click the words "Write your own review" and you open the line to let us know anything you want to speak up about our product. And believe me, we read these and not just the interns.
It's all about offering you, the consumer, the industry's most robust interactive experience. Or at least that's what Casey, our web marketing guy, tells me.

i do love the bikes but i wish that there were a lot more options for frames only, i am looking for a new frame
i have good components already and just replaced my wheels
i would love to be able to order project one paint jobs for just a frame

We are in our late 40's and must be having a mid-life crises. After packing in our jobs in London we bought 2 Trek 520's in Sydney and are heading out 18th April 2009 on a 5 month tour to Cairns (2000 miles or thereabouts). We have never toured before. Wish us luck!

I have a 2006 Trek 5200 and just turned 13,000 miles w/o any equipment failures or comp breakdowns!

In our Travels this summer we are looking to tour the Waterloo Plant any chance on a discount for a new Trek Road Bike? on 4/30 I'll be 60 retired for 5 years and ride my 2006 Trek 5200 13,000 miles so far in 27 months! Great bike!

Hey Ed,
Thanks for the comments. Glad to see your giving that 5200 a run for its money. Our factory tours are on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 am. Unfortunately I can't help much on the discount but if you can be patient you might see some product that you can't live without.

I just bought a Madone 6.5 Pro. Unbelievable handling and speed. A completely new and better experience than my 5200. Keep up the great work!

I'm over 50 and been away from bicycling for 20 years. I bought a Trek Pure Sport because it offered the crank forward design that allows me to stop with both feet on the ground while still seated in the saddle. This allows me great comfort and better stability. Love the Pure Sport.

Hootie -- I own 2 Madones and my sone has a 3rd. I also have a carbon Pilot and my wife has an aluminum Pilot. So seems like my voice should be heard. You said write a review; well, a year ago or so I submitted a comment on a Trek Madone. I was critical that it uses a Shimano 105 cassette, and said for this kind of money it should be full Ultegra (which at factory prices would only be a few dollars more anyway). My comment never saw the light of day; it was "moderated" into oblivion. Thought you'd like to know.

Hey George,
Sorry for that! I'll have a chat with the hamster that turns the review wheel. Censorship is the first sign of a totalitarian regime and we here at Trek keep it as democratic as possible.
thanks for all the Trek love!
Keep riding, reading, and writing!
