You Can Call Me Joe -- A Joe V Blog
Joe V

Hi, I’m Joe V. The V is for Vadeboncoeur, but no one ever really calls me that (except my business card). That card also calls me the Global Director of Product Development, Marketing and Creative Design for Trek Bicycle. Yep, I am sometimes not really sure what all that means either. I do know that I dig bikes, oatmeal, motorcycles, burritos, the weird things I see along the way, my family and my job. I get to travel the world helping make great bikes, so it’s a pretty great gig.

girl whose name ends in _at

So, basically the morale of your story is "girls rule, boys drool" even when you try to beat the system the man upstairs knows who calls the shots down here... ;) I was disappointed when my pool invite never arrived this year, until I heard about this no WAGS shenanigan. Maybe next year you boys will finally see how important it is to play nice with the girls (if you woulda this year, who knows... it might have been your lady bringing home the victory dough)

Hootie, The Bike Lane Blog Guy

My dear ___at,
while i appreciate the fact that you read the post, i believe that you may have read between the lines a bit too much in order to draw your own conclusions. What I am pointing out is that there is absolutely no formula to picking teams in March and that it is WAY better to lose to your buddies than it is to a girl. Even if this girl is an ESPN analyst, she's still not a dude. I don't mean to say that women don't know what they're talking about, you obviously have some knowledge regarding the system and you are obviously very wise indeed for reading this blog. Keep on pickin' sister, just don't be offended if the BF is less than stoked to lose to you. Which he undoubtedly will.
