Welcome to the newest of the Trek Life Blogs. You could call this the third leg in the tripod that is the Trek Life series. Let's begin with an introduction. This blog is an insight to the two-wheeled world by what the industry has labeled: "a Fred". Which is a stupid term to begin with because I know only one Fred and he is certainly no "Fred".
You will find no talk of cranks and derailleurs here. If you're looking to sniff spokes or talk pro cycling, check out "Up The Road". If you want to hear about how "sick" or "wicked" something is, that would be "King of the Mountain". What we're going to be talking about is absolutely everything while saying exactly nothing. Got questions? ask. I can't tell you anything about gear ratios but i know where to get the best Latte in San Francisco. I have no idea what the seatmast of Trek's new Madone weighs but i can tell you the difference between a full windsor knot and a half windsor.
Seriously, this blog is about you and your two-wheeled world so let me know what's going on in it.
This is Life in The Bike Lane. This is the bike blog of The People.

What is that guy behind your computer?

Glad to see the Bike Lane is open. Great first post. Looking forward to reading about all things, non-tech related from Trek.

Ans: That would be my limited edition Mr. T Bobblehead. Why is it limited edition? This one is a combination of B.A. Baracus and Clubber Lang complete with removable gold chains. Yes, everybody should have one.
